We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Salman the barman and the Ronaldo lookalike on the water slides. The hotel's location in the Lara-Kundu area was perfect, as it was not too crowded but still had everything we needed. Transportation to and from the hotel was convenient, and parking was readily available.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel's location by the sea, on the pier, was stunning. I could take a beautiful walk through a lovely gardened area straight through to the private beach area. The breakfast was different each morning and had a big choice of Mediterranean cuisine. The staff was very accommodating, from Salman the barman to the Ronaldo lookalike on the water slides.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Had a fantastic city trip here with my partner. The complementary breakfast was a great start to each day. The hotel's location was perfect, close to transport and attractions. Also, the staff were so friendly and helpful - made us feel welcomed. The rooftop terrace was beautiful with great views of the city.
I can't think of any bad things to say about this hotel! The only thing to note is that the rooms were a bit small, but it's a city hotel so that's expected.

There were loads of activities like pool games, foam party, and delightful evening entertainment. the pool areas offered different atmospheres, making the experience overall very fulfilling. the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh and tasty food. the rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, stocked daily, with fresh towels and linen every day.
There were not enough food options available late at night, leaving me with limited choices to satisfy my hunger.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our experience pleasant. They offered a variety of drinks and food at the pool, so we didn't even need to leave our spot. The different pools catered to families with kids and adults, providing options for those seeking quieter relaxation. The hotel had a clean and traditional atmosphere, with four swimming pools and plenty of space. The location allowed for beautiful walks through lovely gardens to the private beach area. The breakfast was good, and there were options available throughout the day, from pizza to pancakes to kebabs. We would recommend this hotel for families and those looking for a relaxing stay with great facilities.
Can't fault anything about it.

Celebrating Easter in Paradise
Spending Easter at this resort was amazing. The Easter decorations and activities were so much fun. We enjoyed participating in the egg hunt and taking family photos with the Easter Bunny. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and the mountains in the background. The pools were clean and offered so many options for all ages.
The limited selection of food. Although the quality of the dishes was good, there could have been more variety.

The beach had stunning views and crystal clear waters, making it a great location for swimming and sunbathing. the all-inclusive package was a great value for money, as it included unlimited access to the bars and a wide variety of food options. We also enjoyed the opportunity to take part in some water sports.
Our experience was affected by some issues with the staff. We found some of the employees to be unfriendly and unwilling to help.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs, such as a Spa & wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access with sun loungers and umbrellas were impeccable. the garden area was stunning and inviting. the entertainment was top-notch, with nightly shows and a leisure/TV room. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food, including special diet menus.
The only minor issue I experienced was that the indoor swimming pool was not as well-maintained as the rest of the hotel's facilities. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the venue.

the spa and wellness centre provided rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling relaxed and pampered. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, and the sun loungers provided a perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful garden area. the location advantages were unparalleled- with direct beach access, I could stroll out onto the pristine sands and take in the breathtaking views.
One minor issue was that the snack bar was not open 24/7, which made it difficult to access food during some hours of the day. this did not detract from the overall incredible experience I had at this venue, which provided top-notch service, delicious restaurant options, and endless entertainment possibilities.
